I didn’t come to Dubai expecting to buy a watch, and when my friend told me to ride along as he picked up a Datejust from Moe, I was skeptical. I had never bought a watch from a reseller before. Moe proved to be friendly, trustworthy, and engaging. In that first meeting, Moe conducted a thorough presentation of my friend’s new piece and then also walked us to the local Rolex AD to get the watch sized (and authenticated). In between, he spent 3 hours showing us cool pieces he had on-hand; his genuine enthusiasm for watches and people shone through despite no expectation of a sale.
