Found Moe online before visiting Dubai. Contacted him a couple of weeks before hand to tell him what I was looking for. He found me the two watches I was looking for, and went me photos of them. I was hesitant to send a deposit due to the amount and I hadn’t met Moe in person yet - he agreed to waive this. Moe visited my hotel, we chatted about our backgrounds for probably 45 mins before even looking at the watches - made me feel a lot easier knowing the background of someone I as dealing with. Moe wasn’t at all pushy, let me sleep on our deal, and returned to see me two days later to finalise everything. He explained all the specifics of the watches before handing over to ensure I understood how everything worked. He’s extremely passionate about what he does, stayed in communication with me the entire length of my trip (and even after i returned home) and constantly reiterated that he’s there to make your experience a positive and trustworthy one.
