Found Moe online before visiting Dubai. Contacted him a couple of weeks before hand to tell him what I was looking for. He found me the two watches I was looking for, and went me photos of them. I was hesitant to send a deposit due to the amount and I hadn’t met Moe in person yet - he agreed to waive this. Moe visited my hotel, we chatted about our backgrounds for probably 45 mins before even looking at the watches - made me feel a lot easier knowing the background of someone I as dealing with.
